How organization verification works.
Four steps. You only do the last two.
Uploads a certificate
A PDF or photo of the certificate you issued, plus their name and email. They choose your organization from the list.
Routes it to you
The request lands on your organization’s pending queue. We send you a secure claim link — valid 30 days.
Claim and review
Open the claim link, confirm you’re the organization, and see every uploaded certificate waiting for you.
Verify or decline
One click per credential. Fill in the expiration date if the certificate doesn’t show it. The public page updates instantly.
What claiming gives you.
Claiming takes a few minutes and puts you in control of how your credentials appear to employers, hospitals, and Medicaid programs. Everything below is included from the first record.
A public verification page for every graduate
Permanent link and QR code per credential. Employers, hospitals, and Medicaid programs check it themselves — no email to your office.
Expiration tracking
Every credential shows “Expires <date>” or “No expiration.” Expired credentials change status automatically; nothing is ever deleted.
Import your existing records
Bring your full graduate list by CSV when you’re ready. Uploads from holders match to your records by email, and you review every match before anything merges.
Renewals that keep the same ID
Renew a credential and the link and QR code stay the same. Printed certificates and badges never go stale.
Your organization page
A short, locked address for your organization (yourname.veriforward.com) that lists your verified professionals.
You stay the authority
Only you can verify, decline, revoke, or renew. VeriForward never marks a credential verified on your behalf.
Priced by records, not by seats.
Pending holder uploads don’t count. You only move up a tier when you verify past the limit.

Questions from organizations.
How do I know a request is really one of our graduates?
You see the uploaded certificate file, the holder’s name and email, and the credential they claim. Compare it against your records; if it doesn’t match, decline it. Declined credentials show publicly as Not verified.
Does VeriForward ever verify a credential for us?
No. A holder upload is labeled self-reported until you confirm it. Only your organization can verify, decline, revoke, or renew.
What if someone uploads a certificate from an organization that isn’t us?
Mark it “Not our credential.” The record returns to the holder so they can pick the right issuer; it never counts against you.
We have thousands of past graduates. Do we have to enter them all?
No. Start with the pending requests. When you’re ready, import your full list by CSV and review the matches before anything merges.
What happens if we make a mistake?
Every verify action has a 30-second undo. After that, you can revoke or correct the record at any time; the public page keeps a full history.
How do we get access?
Access is by claim link. Contact us and we’ll send one to an email address on your organization’s domain.
